Away Baby Care llc. Baby Equipment Rentals

  The owners and operators of  Away Baby Care follow strict guidelines that dictate what products we rent and the careful assembly , maintenance and set up of these products. If you ask we will provide you with directions for the proper usage of any of our rental products. By accepting delivery of rental products you are stating that you understand the proper and safe manner in which the products are to be used and agree to use them in the way they are intended.  Rental terms and conditions are clearly communicated on the back of your rental invoice. We ask you to read them carefully before signing.

Below are some of our terms and conditions . All the terms and conditions are available upon request.
 Reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance of requested delivery date. Orders not made 72 hours in advance may be delivered according to availability and an additional  charge may be applied to secure a driver for an unscheduled delivery.
 
 
 You will be charged the full amount of your rental request to secure your reservation.
 If you are not sure of your plans you may start the reservation process and you will not be required to finalize your reservation until 7 days prior to delivery , how ever your order  will be subject to availabilility.
Charges are put through immediately after your reservation is made unless you personally request a hold in which case we will delay the charge until 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancelations  of any items made  prior to 24 hours before the delivery date that require a refund are subject to a  cancelation charge of up to $20.00 at the sole discretion of Away Baby Care. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery will be charged up to 50% of the full reservation amount or receive a company credit to be used at a later date of travel.

 

 
 
  Deliveries are made on the scheduled day between 9am - 5pm .  If you you require delivery before a specific time you should request
delivery be made a day earlier. If you need delivery at a specific time we may be able to arrange for a special delivery ( Additional charges may be applied. ).
 
Delivery can be made to your hotel or other accommodations prior to your arrival. All items with the exception of cribs can be left at the bell desk or concierge under your name or left in your room, once permission to do so is established between yourself and the management or representatives' of the hotel or other accommodations. Bell desk and concierge deliveries should be returned for pick up under the name Away Baby Care. If the items are not scheduled for pick up or are not available for the scheduled pick up by 9am The responsible party must notify Away Baby Care.
 
The rental term starts when item or items are delivered and you are charged until they are picked up unless another agreement is made with an Away Baby Care representitive.
 
Cribs must be set up in the room that they are intended to be used in by a qualified Away Baby Care technician. If for any reason you need to move a crib please call Away Baby Care in advance. At the customers request we will arrange to have a representative relocate the crib( Additional charges may apply ).
 
Delivery can be made to a private residence prior to your arrival and returned after your departure . You must provide us with a contact name and phone number. The contact must be available to sign for the delivery and responsible for the return of items.. Contact must be authorized to let our representative enter the residence to assemble or disassemble and retrieve cribs. Your contact must be present and responsible for any property the whole time that our representative is in the residence.
   
   
 If you need a car seat at the airport arrangements may be made for someone to meet you for an additional charge. We do not deliver equipment to the airport due to FAA security policies. If requested an Away Baby Care representative may make arrangements for your personal transportation and arrange to supply child safety seats if needed. Away Baby Care holds no responsibility for any liability or injury during or caused by the transportation.
   
 
Pick up's are made on the scheduled day between 9am - 5pm . If equipment is not available for pik up by 9 am you will be charged for an  additional day.
